Must have excellent communication skills, STYLISTS COLORIST REQUIREMENTS: Have all Cosmetology licenses up to date, licensed in NEW YORK Stylist must have a min. of 2 yrs experience. Have a positive and energetic attitude Be willing to sell colors, highlights and upgrade clients on treatments Have the ability to reach sales and client retention goals Thrive in a team based atmosphere Love customer service Be comfortable and respectful in sharing the work environment with other stlyists Be able to give clients education and instruction to continue their experience in our salon Be able to build a strong client base and maintain client retention Be punctual, responsibles, Great Smile, Great Personality, Neat , Detail Oriented,Fashion Forward, Team Player,Open to new concepts, Can stand for long periods. We work Tuesday Thru Saturdays From 11.30 am to 7.30 pm as we are open 5 days a week Compensation varies upon experience.
