Travers has US locations in Queens, New York City; Greenville-Spartanburg SC and Chatsworth, Los Angeles California as well as subsidiaries and sister companies in Mexico, France and Shanghai China.We are seeking a top notch Part time Marketing Assistant to work in our College Point, Queens location to evaluate and qualify leads generated via multi media pieces. Track lead programs. Responsible for ensuring customer list accuracy through prospect qualifications, house list hygiene and maintenance. • Qualify and screen all leads for catalog requests, brochure requests, trade show leads and Internet requests.• Process all literature requests, including multi-step direct marketing programs.• Maintain customer list and contact accuracy reactively and proactively (cards for change of addresses or telephone calls for list updating, contact verification). • Participate in outbound catalog generation, hygiene and customer survey programs.• Handle all specific customer service requests as relating to mailings, circulation and list information (suppression, deletion, change of address, etc.)• Maintain spreadsheet analysis on: response rate per BRC per month; catalog or brochure return per keycode; number of international catalog mailed per region with the cost associated.• Assist in updating contact records and activity results • In coordination with Warehouse, make sure International catalog requests are processed every week.• Performs other duties as assignedMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: High school or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Some clerical experience a plus. OTHER: Computer skills.
