Dental Office needs dedicated full time telephone supervisor to oversee, train and monitor receptionist staff to improve level of call quality. Duties to include:1. Listen to recorded calls from new patients.2. Evaluate and assess call quality and measure against various criteria.3. Review calls with each receptionist and role play to improve future performance, outcome and compliance with scripts and goals.4. Monitor ongoing performance and initiate progressive coaching and counseling where necessary.5. Manage Front Desk Team6.
